10 STEPS TO START A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS

It seems that today feel free to comment on how one should ride your company, and what is a good idea and what is not ... and more importantly, they argue that their experience is who guides his words. What a nonsense! It all starts with  a vision that must above all pursue  armed by your brave spirit of the founder.

To counter the current of nonsense and happy ideas that seem to flood the Internet today day, I have prepared a great collection, based on my experience, the key to success; ( this is my first business, but I know I will succeed ):
  1. DO NOT TELL YOUR IDEA  : The basis for your future is your idea, that precious pearl of incalculable value that one day you had. If you dedicate yourself to tell it out there it's likely that some upstart decide to steal, copy and sure ... so you better not tell. If no choice but to tell it for any reason, my advice is to make me sign a long and complex confidentiality agreement that will make you think twice before stealing it.
  2. Not listen to anyone : As I said, the world is full of "ready", so if you've had to tell your idea to someone, as an investor or an expert in the field you are going to develop the idea, do not do them no case to his advice. They do not really understand the magnitude of what you're about to create, and may not understand the project itself ... so for any comment on a weakness or advice, answer them defending your idea and justifying the reason for it, because what what you are going to teach you?
  3. PART COMPANY WITH PARTNERS:  Undertake only a lot of work, so the best thing is you collect you with someone else.Ideally you shall divide the shares at 50%, as this will feel both own company. No need to waste time on issues such as partnership agreements or designation of responsibilities, it really is a trick invented by the lawyers to get rooms entrepreneurs.
  4. Customers do not have a clue : Today it seems that the basis of every business are the customers ... what a nonsense. If we listened to our customers, we would still be in caves . Mankind is progressing brave visionaries decided what they really need, and they will buy it like zombies. So forget about teaching your product until you are completely finished and launched, then you would certainly snapped up.
  5. SEEKS INVESTMENT FROM HOME:  To launch your business to stardom'll need money, lots of money ... so you have to relate to investors. Usually these are people who are clueless and he wants to help people who are starting, so with a good powerpoint you have enough to ask for money. That if, as you are going to offer their investment, ask some more money to finally change you at such nice downtown office, refurbushing for something according to an innovator and change computers by art equipment.
  6. CREATE A PERFECT PRODUCT:  Surely you've heard some of this pernicious trend called "lean startup" to start talking with a commodity and then grow with the customer ... what a nonsense! But if the client has no idea! ... Much better spend all your effort to launch a complete product, loaded with features and following your business plan  as we thought from the beginning. It is something so great that clients will certainly take them off your hands.
  7.  JUST A GREAT TEAM : If you have mounted a startup is not to spend all day working like crazy, but to share your vision of the future with the rest of humanity ... so he hires a great team to do the hardest work and painful. Nothing happens if you decide to pay with time shares of the company ... someday it will make them rich !. You should also hire a large sales team that is responsible for dealing with customers and sell your great product, better let them do it, because if there is something unpleasant is having to look into their eyes and try to understand what goes through their little minds.
  8.   9. You MUST BE THE LAST AND GO TO ALL EVENTS : You must live on the crest of the wave. Always apply the latest trends, no matter if it really make sense or not, and that will give the innovative. Some may accuse you continually lose focus, but it is boring and uncreative people do not understand what they really need a startup. A good idea to keep up to date is to go to all the events and presentations that you can, and you know last hand the most groundbreaking trends, and you can explain to most people who are going to change the world (although eye, never reveal how)
  10. DO NOT MISS SEEING HOW MUCH TIME TO MAKE MONEY:  Although many people to take care deeply about issues such as the lines of income or business model, that is not going with you. They are losers who are building mediocre products, and therefore are not clear how to earn money. Your yes you know: you're building something so great that customers will take it off your hands. You'll think of the future trivial details as the cost structure and distribution channels, absolutely irrelevant now.
